This study aimed to observe the experiences of an early-career elementary school teacher who had experienced work stress during an art therapy program for resilience and their implications. The study participant is a low-career elementary school teacher with five years of experience. The case study involved a total of 12 art therapy sessions, once a week for 90 minutes, from July 7, 2022 to September 29. Data analysis yielded a total of six upper topics and 17 sub-topics. The results of this study show as follows. First, the participant resolved unresolved stress feelings through art therapy to accept their appearance at that time and restore psychological stability. Second, the participant experienced positive changes in their relationship with actual school members by forming a smooth relationship with the researcher and restoring the right trust in others. Finally, the participant recovered her healthy ego to discover the inherent advantages, and restored a sense of calling and they could build a positive self in the future as a teacher.
