본 연구의 목적은 화성시 동부권역에 거주하고 있는 장애인을 위한 복지서비스 계획수립에 기반이 되는 자료를 마련하고자 함이다. 장애인복지관을 이용하는 당사자와 가족들을 대상으로 사람중심실천의 가치를 담은 사람중심생각 기술 인터뷰를 진행하였고, 연구방법으로 반복적 비교분석법에 근거하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 당사자가 필요로 하는 지원을‘일상생활과 이동, 건강과 재활, 양육과 교육, 직업, 낮활동과 여가, 차별과 장애인식개선, 편의시설과 보장구, 복지서비스, 가족, 인간관계, 자기결정과 자기주도’총 11가지 대분류로 분류하여 제시하였다. 이 연구결과를 토대로 화성시 동부권역 장애인의 복지서비스 계획을 하게된다면 당사자 중심 서비스 계획이 가능하며 이를 통한 장애인 당사자의 보통의 삶과 의미있는 하루가 실현될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.
The purpose of the study is to gather data and create a welfare service plan for individuals with disabilities living in the eastern region of Hwaseong-si. The study used Person Centered Thinking skill interviews to gather information on the value of Person Centered Practice from users of the rehabilitation community center for individuals with disabilities and their families. The data was analyzed using a repeated comparative analysis method. The study resulted in the classification of the support needed by individuals and families into 11 major categories : The 11 major categories are : 'Daily life & Movement, Health and rehabilitation, Parenting and education, Occupation, Daytime activities and leisure, Discrimination and disability awareness improvement, Convenience and disabled protective gear, Welfare services, Family, Human relations, Self-determination and self-directed support. According to the results of the study, if the welfare service plan for individuals with disabilities in the eastern region of Hwaseong-si is implemented, it will allow for a more individualized service plan and improve the daily life and overall satisfaction of those with disabilities.
