The purpose of the study is to gather data and create a welfare service plan for individuals with disabilities living in the eastern region of Hwaseong-si. The study used Person Centered Thinking skill interviews to gather information on the value of Person Centered Practice from users of the rehabilitation community center for individuals with disabilities and their families. The data was analyzed using a repeated comparative analysis method. The study resulted in the classification of the support needed by individuals and families into 11 major categories : The 11 major categories are : 'Daily life & Movement, Health and rehabilitation, Parenting and education, Occupation, Daytime activities and leisure, Discrimination and disability awareness improvement, Convenience and disabled protective gear, Welfare services, Family, Human relations, Self-determination and self-directed support. According to the results of the study, if the welfare service plan for individuals with disabilities in the eastern region of Hwaseong-si is implemented, it will allow for a more individualized service plan and improve the daily life and overall satisfaction of those with disabilities.
