This study was to investigate the experience of caregiving stress among long-term care facility workers with a biopsychosocial approach. As a research method, 8 long-term care facility workers were selected as study participants and FGI was conducted. With the data collected, we were able to construct 3 categories and 12 subcategories according to the practical eclectic method. The study found that long-term care workers experienced stress due to role conflicts, potential for risk, and the shock of sudden death. Also, It was found that they perceived that they had to deal with stress alone for the most part while some participants used social support-seeking. Accordingly, the stress and coping methods of long-term care facility workers were discussed, and the limitations of the study and suggestions for follow-up research were made.
