Objective : This study aims to lead the development of lifelong education in the community by measuring the successful aging, retirement life plan, and life satisfaction of the middle-aged in the community through the lifelong education support learning program for elderly citizens using university resources, centering on K city in Gyeongsangnamdo. Methods : For 15 weeks from August 9 to November 15, 2021, 26 middle-aged people over 40 older residing in Gimhae City were surveyed for successful aging, retirement plan, and life satisfaction, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 Version. Results : As a result of the lifelong education support learning program, there were significant differences in both successful aging, retirement life plan, and life satisfaction(p<.05). As a result of comparing according to the presence or absence of a job, there was a significant difference before the program in successful aging and life satisfaction(p<.05), but there was no significant difference after the program. There was a significant difference in the correlation between successful aging, retirement life plan, and life satisfaction after the program(p<.01). Conclusion : Lifelong education support learning program means that it can have a positive effect on life in successful aging, retirement life plan, and life satisfaction for middle-aged people. We look forward to expanding opportunities for lifelong education for the middle-aged in the future.
