본 연구는 맞춤형 학습지원이라는 맥락하에 AI⋅에듀테크가 갖추어야 할 기능을 규명하기 위하여 분석틀을 개발하고 이를 실제 제품에 적용하여 적절성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하며 문헌 연구를 통해 분석틀 초안을 개발하고 다양한 분야의 전문가 검토를 통해 타당화하였다. 그 결과 2개의 대영역과 대영역별 3개의 중영역으로 구성된 ‘맞춤형 학습지원을 위한 분석틀’을 개발하였으며 이 틀을 국내외에서 교육 목적으로 활용되고 있는 AI⋅에듀테크 제품 9종을 선정하여 적용하여 적절성을 검증하였다. 분석틀의 개발 및 적용 과정에서 도출된 시사점으로 분석틀을 통해 현시점에서 개발된 AI⋅에듀테크 제품에 대한 현황 조사가 가능하였으며, 추후 학교 현장에서 맞춤형 학습을 지원할 때 요구되는 추가적인 기능에 대한 개발 근거로 작용함을 알 수 있었다. 맞춤형 학습에 대한 관심과 테크놀로지의 발달로 인해 급증하고 있는 AI⋅에듀테크가 본 분석틀을 토대로 한 점검을 거쳐 균형적으로 개발되고 실제적인 활용을 지원할 수 있기를 기대한다.
This study develops a framework to analyze the functions of AI⋅Edutech within the context of personalized learning support and validates its appropriateness by applying it to actual products. A framework was developed through a literature review, refined through a computer education expert review, and contextualized by focusing on group interviews with educational technology experts and curriculum specialists. The “Framework for Personalized Learning Support Analysis” consisted of two major domains and three subdomains. Then, its appropriateness was verified by applying the framework to nine AI⋅Edutech products for domestic and international educational purposes. Insights derived from the development and application process of the framework are as follows: first, confirmation that the framework functions as a procedure for examining AI⋅Edutech features for personalized learning support; second, the ability to conduct a current status survey of AI⋅Edutech products developed to date through the framework; and third, recognition of its role in the development of additional features required to support personalized learning in school settings in the future. With the increasing interest in personalized learning and advancement of technology, AI⋅Edutech, which is experiencing rapid growth, will hopefully be balanced and practically used through an examination using this analysis framework.
