본 연구는 알코올 중독과 디지털 중독에 대한 미술치료 문헌의 현황 및 특성을 확인하고, 문헌의 질 평가를 통해 근거의 질을 파악하고자 하는 체계적 문헌 고찰이다. 이를 위해 1996년부터 2022년까지 국내 학술지에 발표된 알코올 중독과 디지털 중독 관련 미술치료 문헌 총 17편을 선정하였다. 선정된 문헌을 통하여 알코올 중독과 디지털 중독에 대한 미술치료 문헌의 현황 및 특성을 파악하고 RoBANS 기준을 적용하여 비뚤림 위험을 평가하였다. 분석 결과, 선정된 17편의 논문 모두 유사실험설계로 진행하였으며, 5개의 연구는 비교집단을 설정하지 않았다. 또한, 미술치료 효과성을 확인하는 데 한계가 드러났다. 문헌의 질 평가 결과, ‘교란변수’에서 편향의 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.
This study is a systematic review to confirm the current status and characteristic of the art therapy articles about alcoholism and digital addiction, and to investigate the quality of the evidence through evaluating quality. For this reason, researchers selected a total of 17 art therapy articles related to alcoholism and digital addiction published in domestic academic journals from 1996 to 2022. By selecting those, the study examined their current status and characteristics and applied the RoBANS criteria to assess distortion risk. As a result, all papers revealed that they adopted similar experimental design, and 5 studies did not set a comparison group. It also revealed limitations in confirming the effectiveness of art therapy programs. As a result of the quality evaluation, a high probability of bias was appeared in the “disturbance variables”. Based on these research results, the researchers discussed the significance and limitations of this study.
