The purpose of this study was to research how ink painting the art therapy experience influenced in the relationship of adolescents who have rienced parental divorce and difficulty in peer relationship. The participants of the study were two female students. A total of 13 therapy sessions once a week for 60 minutes excluding examination were conducted from July 5, 2021 to October 25. For measurement, the intimate relationship experience scale (ECR-R), the interpersonal ability scale (ICQ), and the bird's nest painting (BND) painting test were conducted before and after test to compare their changes. Session Verbatim transcripts were prepared to qualitatively analyze behavioral changes by session. As a result of the study, first, the subscal scores the intimate relationship experience scale and the interpersonal ability scale, were positively changed, which helped their interpersonal ability improvement. Second, significant changes were found in each area in the bird's nest painting test results. Third, in the course of art therapy, negative emotions revealed in their relationships and their parental divorces were expressed in a safe way. Also, they significantly improved their peer relationship through acceptance of subjective experiences. Based on these research results, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed.
