Conflicts in education are becoming more diverse and complex with social and educational change. This study systematically collected and analyzed educational conflicts in terms of teacher conflicts for comprehensive understanding of various conflicts at educational sites. The purpose of this study is to define the types of teacher conflicts and to explore solutions by type based on related research on teacher conflicts. To achieve the purpose of the study, this study adapted systematic literature review as a methodology, and a total of 48 literature were selected and analyzed in accordance with PRISMA guidelines. As a result of the analysis, teacher conflict types were largely divided into teacher-level conflicts and teacher-group levels, and a total of eight specific teacher conflict types were defined. In addition, eight solutions were derived according to defined type of conflict. The solution includes providing training to improve teachers conflict management capabilities, providing conflict management strategies, establishing committee to coordinate conflicts, establishing conflict management organizations, operating official communication channels, establishing a system for conflict management, fostering conflict solution experts, and developing archives and manuals for conflict types. This study will provide a comprehensive understanding of various types of conflicts in the field of education focusing on teacher conflicts, while providing a basis for strategies and policies to solve conflicts in the education.
