The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in the teacher image of prospective teachers from 2010 to 2020 through the description of the teacher image, and to suggest implications for the improvement of the curriculum of the teacher training institute based on the research results. As a research method, a total of 163 journals were analyzed by dividing them into early and late 2010s, and analysis based on the criteria based on previous studies and language network analysis methods were used. As a result of the analysis of the teacher image according to the criteria, As for the teacher image of prospective teachers, it was found that interest in students was the highest, followed by the teacher's own personality, followed by teaching competency. Interest in teachers’ role in preparation for social change was found to be very low. In the analysis based on criteria, there was little difference between the early and late 2010s. As a result of language network analysis, it was found that the words used in the early and late teacher image descriptions were not significantly different, and there was no significant difference in the semantic network, but there was a slight difference in the sub-words constituting the cluster. Based on the research result, implications such as cultivating teachers' competency for the future society, cultivating a more diverse and novel teacher image, and providing a curriculum in response to the generational change of prospective teachers were presented.
