This study aimed to analyze the Teacher effectiveness of the Professional learning communities(PLCs) on teacher efficacy and teacher satisfaction with 5,189 teacher responses from 179 schools in Gyeonggi Province in 2021 after COVID-19. This study have investigated methods for the structural equation models(SEM). First, as PLCs developed, it was found that competence of teachers’ distance learning and the democratic school culture had a positive effect in both the teacher efficacy model and the teacher satisfaction model. Second, as PLCs developed, the more positive the teacher efficacy and teacher satisfaction were. Finally, the mediating effect of competence of teachers’ distance learning and democratic school culture showed different patterns in both models. The suggestions that lead to the research results are as follows. First, in order to improve the educational power of unit schools, efforts are needed to establish a democratic school culture based on cooperation between teachers. Second, teachers’ professional development such as distance learning competency should be improved with PLCs. Finally, efforts are needed to come up with measures to more systematically analyze and improve Teachers’ Distance Learning Competency.
