This study attempted to prepare basic data to provide systematic and appropriate educational support and arbitration measures for the adaptation of learners in the blind spots of elementary school education. To this end, multiple regression analysis and decision tree analysis were performed. As a result of the study, the factors influencing the school adaptation problem of elementary school education blind learners were found to be in the area of impulse and excess attitude, learning attitude, and family relations, and 48.5% of the total were significantly explained. It was found that the most important screening factors predicting high school adaptation of elementary school education blind were the areas of impulse and excess attitude, and it was explained at the level of 74.9% (1.8%) of the total. Finally, the limitations of this study and suggestions for subsequent studies were discussed.
