본 연구는 지역아동센터 아동을 대상으로 TA 집단예술심리치료 프로그램이 또래관계에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 연구대상은 창원시 00지역 내의 지역아동센터 두 곳을 선정하여 동질성검사 후 또래관계 사전검사 실시하였다. 집단참여는 실험집단 12명, 통제집단 12명으로 총 24명이며, 실험집단에게 총 10회기, 주 1회로 60분씩 TA 집단예술심리치료 프로그램 진행하였다. 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 유의미한 효과가 있는지 알아보기위해 유사실험설계로 진행하였다. Wilcoxon Singled-ranks Test 검증으로 또래관계 향상에 관한 차이를 사전·사후를 비교하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 또래관계 전체와 하위영역인 신뢰, 의사소통, 화 및 소외감 영역 모두에서 실험집단의 경우 사전·사후검사 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. TA 집단예술심리치료프로그램이 또래와의 교류를 통하여 사회적 부적응 문제를 낮추며, 또래관계를 통하여 심리적인 안정감과 사회성발달에 긍정적인 역할을 함을 알 수 있다. 따라서 TA 집단예술심리치료프로그램은 이와 관련된 학교, 기관 및 상담실, 사회복지 실천영역에서 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.
This study is intended to verify the effectiveness of the TA group art psychotherapy program on the improvement of peer relationships for local children s centers. Two local child centers within 00 area of Changwon City were selected for the study, and prior examination of peer relationships was conducted after the homogeneity test. The total number of people participating in the group was 24 (12 experimental groups, 12 controlled groups), and the program was carried out once a week, 60 minutes. The pilot group was given a TA group art psychotherapy program and the control group did nothing. To validate the effects, a similar experimental design was conducted and the Wilcoxon Singled-ranks Test validation was used to compare and analyze differences in peer relationship improvements. As a result, there were statistically significant differences between the pre - and post-inspection tests in both the peer relationship and sub-area areas of trust, communication, anger and alienation. The TA group art psychotherapy program reduces social maladies through peer interaction and can be seen to play a positive role in psychological stability and social development through peer relationships. Accordingly, the TA group art psychotherapy program is expected to be used in the relevant schools, institutions and consultation rooms and areas of social welfare practice.
