The purpose of this case study is to find out how he gained feelings and his life which a male job seeker in his twenties with depressive tendencies, experienced during ’mindfulness-focusing art therapy’. This study was conducted from April to October of 2019, over a course of 26 sessions that were 50 minutes and collected data were analyzed by using narrative inquiry. Results showed that experience stories were ‘exemplary job seeker, fighting is bad, suppressing one’s self while adapting to someone close, identifying my true feelings while feeling felt sense, destroying the name of suppressed anger, and finding what is needed and what is desired. ‘Mindfulness-focusing art therapy’ in this study allowed to feel, accept, and change sensations and emotions and to realize themselves. This process provided a basis for him to express emotions and receive empathy in life, which in turn allowed him to control emotions and it also changed negative emotions. As a stress reduction program based on mindfulness, mindfulness focusing art therapy served as an opportunity to positively transform negative thinking through the process of feeling and accepting felt sense.
