영유아교사의 인공지능 리터러시가 인공지능 교수효능감을 매개로 인공지능활용 교육 수용 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 대구, 경북지역 어린이집에 근무하는 교사 217명을 대상으로 인공지능 리터러시, 인공지능 교수효능감, 인공지능활용 교육 수용의도로 구성된 설문지를 이용해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS 26.0의 PROCESS macro 모델 4를 이용해 분석한 결과 첫째, 영유아교사의 인공지능 리터러시는 인공지능활용 교육 수용의도에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영유아교사의 인공지능 교수효능감은 인공지능활용 교육 수용의도에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 영유아교사의 인공지능 리터러시는 인공지능 교수효능감에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 영유아교사의 인공지능 리터러시는 인공지능활용 교육 수용의도에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치며, 동시에 인공지능 교수효능감을 매개로 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 영유아교육현장에서 인공지능활용을 촉진하기 위해 교사의 인공지능 리터러시와 교수효능감을 증진시키는 체계적인 지원과 교육이 필요함을 시사한다.
To examine the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) literacy of early childhood teachers on the intention to accept AI-based education through AI teaching efficacy, data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of AI literacy, AI teaching efficacy, and intention to accept AI-based education from 217 teachers working at daycare centers in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions. The collected data was analyzed using the PROCESS macro model 4 of SPSS 26.0. The main findings are as follows. First, the AI literacy of early childhood teachers had a positive effect on the degree of AI-utilizing education recipients. Second, the AI teaching efficacy of early childhood teachers seemed to have a positive effect on the degree of AI-utilizing education recipients. Third, the AI literacy of early childhood teachers seemed to have a positive effect on the AI fall efficacy. Fourth, the AI literacy of early childhood teachers had a significant direct effect on the intention to accept AI-based education, and at the same time, it had an indirect effect through AI teaching efficacy. This study suggests that systematic support and education are needed to enhance teachers’ AI literacy and teaching efficacy to promote the use of AI in early childhood education.
