Koreans are facing with aging society, and this change comes about several social problems. Aging society opens a chance for aged adults to participate in the social activities. For a good quality of the elder\'s life, aged adults should re-make their own paradigms and unionize their political power. At the same time, the government must make the social support-system as economic, emotional, and personal supporting. These efforts could be a key factor building the learning society for all people. Learning society demands the learning nature of human being as \"Homo Eruditio.\" Homo Eruditio means the human being born with an innate desire to learn, and can make self-reformatting individually and the social changes spontaneously. As a Homo Eruditio, the aged adults make an effort to do \'re-making\', \'making new\', and \'making sense\' their life. By doing so, they ask the government to provide a field of learning for all. That is, the methods of learning are equal to the places of learning and vice-versa. In this respect, elder people themselves can establish the learning community for lifelong education for all.
