The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of an emotion regulation program by Physical
Activity. For this study program consists of 10 session activities, which evenly cover four different areas
of emotion regulation: understanding emotions in self, regulation emotions in self, understanding emotion
of others, regulation emotions of others. This program is carry out on every week for 14 early childhood
of 5 age in a nursery. For analysis of the results, I took the frequency, percentage, t-test. As a result,
program affects the early childhood's emotion regulation competence significantly.
