This study aims to discuss social enterprise contents for the application of
old-aged human resources to cope with a social crisis in the aged society
rapidly changing. Thus, this study explored the sociodemographic conditions of
surplus old-aged human resources and the production desire of old-aged
human resources, while investigating the present conditions of old-aged
human resources application contents of social enterprises. As a result, the
following research problems were established, senior citizens' welfare desires,
the application of old-aged human resources, the present conditions of social
enterprises' application contents for old-aged human resources and the
directivity of social enterprises' development and creation of contents for the
application of old-aged human resources. Furthermore, this study made other
approaches, such as the appropriateness of applying old-aged human
resources, the development of old-aged human resources and the creation of
ideas for maintenance and management of old-aged human resources.
