지금까지의 현장실습관련 연구는 실습생의 관점에서 이루어진 연구가 대부분일 뿐, 실 습지도자의관점에서 살펴본 슈퍼비전 경험에 관한 연구는 활발히 이루어지지 않았다. 이 에 본 연구는 D시 소재 사회복지기관에서 2년 이상의 슈퍼비전 경력이 있는 실습지도자 를 대상으로 그들의 슈퍼비전 경험에 대한 자료를 수집하여 그 경험의 본질을 찾아내는 질적연구를 실시하였고, 질적자료는 현상학적 접근으로 분석 하였다. 분석결과, 실습지도 자의 슈퍼비전 경험의 본질은 총 4가지 범주에 9가지 주제로 요약되었다. 범주와 주제는 다음과 같다: 만남(수혈, 동료발굴), 제자화(답답함, 보람), 업무부담(짐스러움, 미안함), 그 리고 자기성찰(학습의 공간, 모델링에 대한 긴장감, 자극). 이러한 결과를 토대로 몇 가지 함의를 도출했다.
Studies in regards to the social work supervision have done in the perspectives of interns and there has not been much work done in exploring the experiences of social work supervisors. Thus this study analyzed the data collected from social work supervisors with more than 2 years of supervising experiences in social work related sectors/organizations in D city by using phenomenological qualitative research approach. As a result of analysis, the essence of supervisors\' experiences were found to have 4 main themes and 9 subjects as the following, encountering(blood transfusion, discovering a colleague), pupilizing(frustration, fruitfulness), work-burden (burdensome, regrets) and self-reflection(stimulation, learning stage, tenseness as a role-model).
