The purpose of study was to analyze the mediating effects of self-esteem and coping in the relationships between separation-individuation and career decision level of college students. The subjects were 432 students from college students located in daejeon metropolitan city and chungnam region. Korean-Late Adolescent Individuation Questionnaire, Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale, Youth Coping Scale, Career Decision Scale were implemented. To analyze data, SPSS windows 18.0 program was employed for descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis. Also, by using AMOS 18.0 program, the study conducted confirmative factor analysis, path analysis and confirmed effect of prediction variables. The study results are summarized as follows. Firstly, in the separation-individuation process of late adolescence college students, late adolescent individuation showed a direct influence on the level of career decision. Secondly, self-esteem had a direct influence on the career decision level as well as indirect influence as a mediator variables of late adolescent individuation. Thirdly, youth coping had a direct influence on the career decision level as well as indirect influence as a mediator variables of late adolescent individuation.
