The purpose of this research is to clarify the necessity of night time and around-the-clock children nurturing system by means of survey method. The objects of survey were 258 working mothers who have children under six-year-old and have experience of using night time or around-the-clock children nurturing facilities. Based on the results from this research, we can conclude follow aspects: Firstly, due to increased number of working mothers and needs for better home economy condition, working mothers depend their childrens nurture on children nurturing facilities. Secondly, the important point which working mothers are facing is their childrens safe and healthy nurture. And more, working mothers who depend their childrens nurture on around-the-clock child care facilities require safe nurturing programs and facilities which directly relate to their childrens nutrition and security matters. Thirdly, it could be possibly said that almost working mothers require night time or around-the-clock children nurturing facilities. Especially, diverse and customized efforts are required since the number of night-shift working mothers are increasing due to dynamically changing working environment and conditions. Lastly, varied and abundant efforts will be needed to improve the quality of night-time and around-the-clock children nurturing facilities or programs. The complaints toward around-the-clock children nurturing facilities are raised due to dissatisfied quality of programs, the lack of nurturing equipment and material.
