The primary purpose of this study was to probe the influence of the degree of participation
in the Sports for All program for Elementary School Teachers on teacher efficacy and job
satisfaction in Gangwon. The subjects of this study were 272 of the 300 elementary school
teachers in Gangwon. The data-collection questionnaire designed for this study investigated the
degree of participation in the Sports for All program, teacher efficacy (Kim, 2003), and job
satisfaction (Lee, 2008). The statistical methods utilized in the study for analyzing the collected
data were reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, correlate analysis, and
multiple regression analysis. From the results of this study, the following conclusions were
drawn. First, significant differences were observed in teacher efficacy with respect to the degree
of participation in the Sports for All program for Elementary School Teachers. Second,
significant differences were observed in job satisfaction with respect to the degree of
participation in the Sports for All program for Elementary School Teachers. Third, teacher
efficacy of participation in the Sports for All program for Elementary School Teachers influences
job satisfaction. (179 words)
