The purpose of this study is to explore the affective characteristics of first-year
Science High School students(Male 72, Female 27) focused on moral intelligence, creative
personality and interpersonal relations. The results of the study were as follows : First,
moral intelligence had positive influences on the affective characteristics of Science High
School students showing positive corelation with interpersonal relations. Second, most
sub-factors of creative personality showed positive correlation with interpersonal
relations except independence. Third, sympathy, respect, and task commitment among
sub-factors of moral intelligence and creative personality had influences on interpersonal
relations. Fourth, it is needed to seek the way of developing and disseminating programs
for improving creative personality and moral intelligence related to school subjects.
