본 연구는 과학고 학생들의 정의적 특성을 창의적 인성 및 도덕지능과 대인관계를 중심으로 탐색 하고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 서울소재의 과학고등학교 1학년 학생 99명이었으며, 연구결과는 다음 과 같다. 첫째, 도덕지능은 대인관계와 정적으로 높은 상관을 나타났으나, 도덕지능의 하위요인인 공정성과 대인관계의 하위요인인 민감성에서는 유의미하지 않은 결과가 나타났다. 둘째, 창의적 인 성은 하위요인에 따라 대인관계에 미치는 영향이 모순적으로 나타났다. 즉, 창의적 인성의 하위요 인 대부분은 대인관계에 정적인 상관을 보였으나 독립심만 대인관계에 낮은 부적상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 도덕지능의 하위요인 가운데 공감과 존중 그리고 창의적 인성의 하위 요인 가운데 과제집착 만이 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 학생들의 창의적 인성과 도덕지능을 향상시키는 프로그램의 개발 및 보급과 교과연계에 대한 모색이 필요하다고 제언한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점은 과학고 한 개 학교의 한 학년만을 대상으로 하였기 때문에 일반화 하는데 어려움이 있다. 또한 과학고 학생들을 대상으로 한 다양한 정의적 변인에 대한 연구와 일반 고 학생들과의 비교 연구 및 성별연구 등의 후속연구가 필요하다고 판단된다.
The purpose of this study is to explore the affective characteristics of first-year Science High School students(Male 72, Female 27) focused on moral intelligence, creative personality and interpersonal relations. The results of the study were as follows : First, moral intelligence had positive influences on the affective characteristics of Science High School students showing positive corelation with interpersonal relations. Second, most sub-factors of creative personality showed positive correlation with interpersonal relations except independence. Third, sympathy, respect, and task commitment among sub-factors of moral intelligence and creative personality had influences on interpersonal relations. Fourth, it is needed to seek the way of developing and disseminating programs for improving creative personality and moral intelligence related to school subjects.
