With the aim of shedding light on the factors that promote the inner growth of students coming from multi-cultural settings, this study was conducted on 26 students from the Multi-Cultural School of Love with LG. More specifically, this study was conducted through the sub-analysis of various factors that affect the growth and development of these students. These factors included those of physical appearance, the national background of parents, ability of parents to support the children, the degree of development in students, and their self-awareness as multi-cultural individuals. Research showed that students gained motivation when they were studying under a motivating curriculum, received close and specifically-tailored support from mentors, and were living in a community of fellow students with similar multi-cultural backgrounds. In addition, it was also apparent that a full corporate endowment of the school, a consistent and sustained administration of the school gave students the sense of belonging and emotional security they wanted. From the results of this research, a statement on the significance of this research as well as a proposal on providing the ideal method of education for students from multi-cultural backgrounds has been submitted.
