본 연구는 한국사회의 십대 청소년 미혼모가 임신으로 인해 박탈된 학습권(교육권)을 어떻게 회 복하였는지 그 체험의 구조를 심층적으로 이해하기 위하여 실행되었다. 자료는 미디어를 통해 수집된 질적 2차 자료를 상호주관적 삶으로서의 역동성과 의미를 잘 나타내주는 파시(Parse)의 현상학적-해석학적 연구방법에 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 십대 청소년 미혼모의 학습권 회복을 향한 분투노력 체험은 출산과 학업의 병행을 원하나 학습권이 박탈되어 삶의 의미를 상 실하게 되니 인권차원에서 학습권 회복을 추구하려는 과정이라는 구조로 나타났다. 그러한 구조 를 전환시키면 어머니가 되고자함과 학생으로 남고자하나, 학칙으로 낙인찍어 옭아매니 배움의 권리와 기회를 찾고자 하는 과정으로 파악되었다. 이러한 해석은 파시의 추상성 높은 개념으로 통합하여 십대 청소년 미혼모의 학습권 회복을 향한 분투노력 체험은 가치화를 가능-제한하여 강화성을 발휘하는 과정으로 재해석 되었다. 십대 청소년 미혼모의 학습권 회복에 대한 인권적 차원에서의 법제화, 대안교육, 교사와 사회의 인식재고, 통합적 서비스 제공에 대해 논의하였고 연구의 한계를 다루었다.
The purpose of this study is to understand struggling for getting back education rights for teen unmarried mother by knowing meaning and structure of empirical phenomena. Methods is to applied to Phenomenological and heuristic Human Becoming Methodology, and the subjects of this study are two teen unmarried mother who were on the air of SBS program, 'I want to go to school(May 9, 2009)', and phenomenological and heuristic Human Becoming Methodology of Parse is applied in this study. Results is the structure that they wanted to go to school after having a baby while they deprived education rights, so they lost their meaning of lives and they struggled for getting back education rights as human rights. The conceptual integration of relationship issues were: valuing and transforming with the process of enabling-limiting. Finally, discussion and practical meaning was reviewed.
