The purpose of the present study is to verify the structural relationship among on-line task value, job
involvement, satisfaction and motivation to transfer in online courses of the A bank. For this study, 305
of employees taking online courses were chosen to conduct web survey.
A hypothetical model was proposed, which was composed of on-line task value, job involvement,
satisfaction, and motivation to transfer. The result of this study is as follows: First, on-line task value
influenced significantly on satisfaction, but job involvement didn\'t have a significant effect on satisfaction.
Second, on-line task value, job involvement, and satisfaction affected significantly on motivation to
transfer. Third, it was found that satisfaction played a role as a mediator in the relationship between
on-line task value and motivation to transfer. For the better corporate e-leaning, this study suggests the
way to make a instructional design.
