본 연구는 부산, 경남, 경북 지역의 장애전담어린이집 보육교사와 일반어린이집 보육교사 384명을 대상으로 이들의 전문성 인식과 직무만족도 수준을 배경변인에 따라 살펴보고, 직 무만족도에 영향을 미치는 전문성 인식의 하위요인을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 먼저, 장애전담어린이집과 일반어린이집 보육교사는 전체 전문성 인식 수 준, 하위영역인 사회경제적 지위, 자율성, 전문적 지식과 기술 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애전담어린이집과 일반어린이집 보육교사는 전체 직무만족도와 하위영역인 발전성, 혁신성, 자율성, 업무부담 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차 이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애전담어린이집 보육교사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미 치는 전문성 인식 요인은 전문적 지식과 기술, 사회봉사성, 직업윤리 요인으로 나타났다. 반 면에 일반어린이집 보육교사의 경우 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 전문성 인식 요인은 전문 적 지식과 기술, 사회경제적 지위, 자율성 요인으로 나타났다.
The aims of this study was to expand general understanding of teacher's professionalism and job satisfaction between childcare teachers in special daycare center and those in general daycare center. The subjects of this study were 384 childcare teachers working at daycare center. Some were 182 childcare teacher working at general daycare center and other were 202 childcare teacher working a special daycare center. The results of this study were as followed. First, in some significant differences was found between the groups, total teacher's professionalism, socioeconomic status, autonomy, professional knowledge and skil of special daycare center teacher were to be lower than those of teachers in general daycare center. Second, in job satisfaction. some significant differences was found between the groups, total job satisfaction, reward, task pressure, possibilities of special daycare center teacher were to be lower than those of teachers in general daycare center. Third, through stepwise multiple regression, the teacher's professionalism variables on special daycare center childcare teacher's job satisfaction were professional knowledge and skill, community service, vocational ethics which accounted for 46% of the variance in the data. And through stepwise multiple regression, teacher's professionalism variables on general daycare center childcare teacher's job satisfaction were professional knowledge and skill, socioeconomic status, autonomy which accounted for 40% of the variance in the data.
