본 연구는 초등 예비교사가 경험한 교육대학에서의 수업내용과 현장의 교육실습을 통한 체육수업의 간극과 이를 좁히기 위한 해소 전략을 탐색하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 연구참여자는 수도권 소재의 초등 예비교사 9명이다. 이 들은 모두 2011년 10월 말과 11월 초에 수도권 지역에서 2주간의 교육실습을 경험한 S교육대학교 3학년 학생들 이다. 이 연구에서는 연구참여자들이 교육실습 기간 동안 체육수업과 관련하여 일어나는 사건이나 자신의 생각을 자유롭게 기술한 체육수업일지를 연구 자료로 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Spradley(1979)가 제안한 영역 분석과 분류 분석을 토대로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 대학의 교육내용과 현장 간에 다양한 간극이 존재하고 있었다. 첫 째, 추구하는 목표의 간극: 결과 지향 VS 과정 지향의 간극이 드러났다. 둘째, 추구하는 교사상의 간극: 체육을 좋아하는 교사 VS 체육을 잘 하는 교사 사이의 간극이 있었다. 셋째, 수업 구현의 간극: 이론 중심 VS 방법 중심 의 간극이 있었다. 넷째, 수업교구 이해의 간극: 있어도 몰라 VS 없어서 몰라 사이의 간극이 존재하였다. 그리고 이들의 간극을 해소하기 위한 전략을 탐색한 결과는 첫째, ‘초등체육 본질의 이해: 모르는 것에서 아는 것으로’, 둘째, ‘초등 현장과의 연계성 확보: 내용 이해 중심에서 지도 방법 중심으로’, 셋째, ‘초등체육 교수방법의 개선: 수업시연을 통한 현장과의 연계성으로’, 넷째, ‘초등학생의 이해: 학습대상자의 이해 관점을 주변에서 중심으로’ 등이 도출되었다.
The purpose of this study was to explored elementary education at the university of pre-service teachers have experienced the content and pre-service teachers in the field of education through training exercises with physical education classes for narrowing the gap and eliminate it as a strategy to explore ways that are purposeful. Participants in this study, pre-university teacher education in the metropolitan area 9 workers. Second, the pursuit teachers' model(physical education teacher who likes a good teacher vs PE) was in the gap. Third, the ideal and reality, between(implicit knowledge vs knowledge in-use) had a gap. Fourth, the selection and options of the material new sports(not there even though vs I do not know) had difficulty. And their strategy to close gaps, navigate results, first, the PE should understand the nature of the right. Second, a correct understanding of course content. Third, the teaching method is a correct understanding.
