본 연구는 고등학생이 지각한 가족기능으로서 가족응집성과 가족적응성이 자아정체감, 심리적 독립 감을 매개로 하여 진로결정수준에 어떤 영향을 미치는가에 대한 구조적 관계를 분석하고, 이 구조적 관계가 남녀 학생들 간에 차이가 있는지를 살펴보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 K도에 소 재한 4개의 고등학교 3학년 학생들로 남자 285명, 여자 286명을 포함한 총 571명을 연구 대상으로 선 정하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 측정도구는 가족응집성, 가족적응성, 자아정체감, 심리적 독립감, 진로결 정수준 척도이며, 상관분석과 구조 모형검증을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 17.0 프로그램과 AMOS 17.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 가족기능인 가족응집성과 가족적응성은 심리 적 독립감, 자아정체감, 그리고 진로결정수준에, 심리적 독립감은 자아정체감과 진로결정수준에, 자아 정체감은 진로결정수준에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고등학생이 지각한 가족응집 성, 가족적응성과 진로결정수준 간의 관계에서 심리적 독립감과 자아정체감의 매개효과를 살펴보면, 심리적 독립감과 자아정체감은 가족응집성과 가족적응성이 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 데 있어 직 접효과와 간접효과를 가짐으로써 두 변인 모두 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고등학생이 지각한 가족응집성, 가족적응성, 자아정체감, 심리적 독립감, 진로결정수준 간의 구조적 관계에서 남학 생과 여학생 집단 간에는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the structural relationship of the effect of family cohesion and adaptability of family function on career decision-making levels in high school students by putting ego-identity and psychological independence into parameters, and study differences in the structural relationship between boys and girls. A total of 571 students including 285 boys and 286 girls in third grades of four high schools located in the K province was studied for this research. The measures used were family cohesion and adaptability, ego-identity, psychological independence and career decision-making levels. In addition, correlation analysis and the verification of the structural model were conducted, and collected data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0 programs. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was revealed that the family cohesion and adaptability of family function had a significant effect on ego-identity, psychological independence, and career decision-making levels. In addition, psychological independence and ego-identity had a significant impact on ego-identity and career decision-making levels, and career decision-making levels respectively. Second, when it comes to the relationship among family cohesion and adaptability, and career decision-making levels, family cohesion and adaptability influenced career decision-making levels through ego-identity and psychological independence and directly and indirectly, which means both variables, ego-identity and psychological independence, have mediation effects. Third, this study shows that there were no significant differences between boys and girls in the structural relationship among family cohesion and adaptability, ego-identity, psychological independence, and career decision-making levels.
