This thesis centers on analyzing the problems for the multicultural family
children and the support plan and preparing an educational plan to enhance the
academic achievement and develop the potential. First, it is to establish the
curriculum of social integration with the center of the school, cultivate special
assistant teachers and extend a bilingual language education. Second, with the
execution of early education for the infants, the infants should adapt themselves to
school education after the admission to the school. Third, the government should
sublate a multicultural education policy targeting the multicultural children and
execute the parents education of the immigration first generation by the integrated
operation program of Multicultural Family Center. Fourth, it is emphasized to
change the Korean language education policy to embrace the multicultural children
including the midway entry children and youth who fall to the group of educational
alienation by the enactment of the Multicultural Discrimination Prohibition Act for
local residents’ change of recognition and cultivate them as future talents.
