이 연구는 3세 및 5세 유아의 의도조망이 의도의 유형 및 의도와 결과의 일치여부에 따라 차이가 있는지, 인지적 단서활용이 단서의 종류, 정서와 상황의 일치여부 및 사고촉진 질문 전후에 따라 차이가 있는지, 유아의 의도조망과 인지적 단서활용 간의 상호관련성을 밝히고자 하였다. 3세 유아 41명과 5세 유아 41명을 대상으로 그림카드를 이용한 면접을 실시하였으며, 유아의 응답은 녹음되었다. 연구 결과 첫째, 유아의 의도조망은 연령, 의도의 유형 및 의도와 결과의 일치여부에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 즉 5세 유아의 의도조망 수준이 3세 유아의 의도조망 수준보다 더 높았다. 둘째, 유아의 인지적 단서활용은 연령, 단서의 종류, 정서와 상황의 일치여부 및 사고촉진 질문 전후에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 즉 5세 유아가 3세 유아보다 사고반응과 활용반응을 빈번하게 보였다. 또한 유아는 대물단서 이야기에서보다 대인단서 이야기에서, 일치 과제보다 불일치 과제에서 더 많은 사고반응을 보였다. 그리고 사고촉진 질문 전보다 사고촉진 질문 후에 사고반응과 활용반응이 빈번하게 나타났다. 셋째, 유아의 의도조망과 인지적 단서활용의 관계를 분석한 결과, 유아의 의도조망과 인지적 단서활용은 부분적으로 유의한 상관을 보였다. 사고촉진 질문 전과 후, 유아의 인지적 단서활용 중 사고반응과 활용반응은 의도조망과 정적 관계를 보였다.
The purposes of this study were to investigate (1) children\'s intention perspective taking according to age of children, types of intention, and intention-outcome fit, (2) cognitive cuing according to age of children, cue type, and emotion-situation fit, and questions promoting a thought process, and (3) the relationship between children\'s intention perspective taking and cognitive cuing. Subjects were forty-one 3-year-old children and forty-one 5-year-old children from two different day-care centers in Seoul and Kyonggi province. Each child was individually interviewed with pictorial tasks. There were significant differences in children\'s intention perspective taking according to their age, types of intention, and intention-outcome fit. There were significant differences in children\'s cognitive cuing according to their age, cue type, emotion-situation fit, and questions promoting a thought process. And it is revealed the relationship between intention perspective taking and cognitive cuing. That is, thinking response and application response of cognitive cuing were positively related to children\'s intention perspective taking.
