본 연구는 장애인 임금근로자의 인구사회학적 특성, 장애특성, 고용환경에 따라 직장내 차별의 정도를 알아보고, 직장내 차별 이 직장만족과 장애수용에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 직장내 차별이 장애인 임금근로자의 직장만족과 장애수용에 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 규명해 보고, 직장내의 차별에 대한 적극적이고 근본적인 대안 구축의 토대를 마련하고자 하였다. 통계 분석 결과를 바탕으로 첫째, 학력이 낮을수록, 중증장애인일수록 차별을 경험하고 있으며, 차별을 경험하는 장애인 일수록 직장만족도가 떨어지기 때문에 중증장애인의 권익을 보호하면서 직장적응을 지원할 수 있는 근로인지원제도 대한 심도 있 는 고찰이 있어야 할 것으로 생각된다. 둘째, 장애인 차별금지법의 확대 적용과 개선이 필요하다. 직장내 차별이 직장 만족에 미 치는 영향을 감소시키기 위해서는 우선적으로 직장내의 차별을 없애야 한다. 셋째, 장애인에게 현장 지원과 배려하는 사업체에 대 한 제도적, 재정적 지원체계 마련을 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relatioship between discrimination experience and daily life satisfaction by disability for severly disabled workers who have more often experiences of discrimination. Daily life satisfaction was compared by discrimination experience of daily life by disability of severely disabled workers. Please add statistical method. As the result, in the group who experienced discrimination by disability during the job-seeking activities and employment preparation, daily life satisfaction for family, friends, dwelling place, leisure activities, occupation and marriage life were significantly low. please add p-value for each variable. General satisfaction of daily life was significantly low add p-value. Daily life satisfaction by discrimination experience caused by disability of severely disabled workers in workplace was compared. As the result, in the group who experienced discrimination by disability in workplace, daily life satisfaction for family, friends, health status, occupation and marriage life were significantly low add p-value. And, general satisfaction for daily life was significantly low. Based on the results of this research, political suggestions were given so as to improve daily life satisfaction of severely disabled workers.
