The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction and to examine the difference between Korean and Chinese of leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction. A total of 1200 employees from Korea and China were selected using a convenient sampling method. 1171 usable questionnaires were returned to the researchers. Data analyses were conducted with SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0. The results of this study indicated that (1) the leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction of Korean were lower than Chinese. (2) Leisure satisfaction had a significant effect on life satisfaction both Korean and Chinese. (3) Leisure satisfaction of psychological factor, educational factor, and physical factor had a significant effect on life satisfaction in Korean. And leisure satisfaction of psychological factor, educational factor, and environmental factor had a significant effect on life satisfaction in Chinese.
