Advances in basic and clinical neuroscience in recent years, combined with advances in brain imaging technologies, have provided new possibility to expand the use of neurological medical treatment beyond patient. Most pharmacological treatment have little or no effect on central nervous system that are already normal. But, recently, some new pharmacological treatments can indead make normal people 'better than normal. Enhancement with neurological drugs are being practiced now in several psychological domains. For instance, enhancement of vegetative function, mood, and cognition. In this context, I think it is high time to examine neurological clinical techniques, especially neuro-pharmacological treatment in this paper, in terms of ethics. So called neuroethical issues concerned on neuro-pharmacological enhancement are posed in terms of safety, social coercion, and distributive justice. I introduce these issues and have them under consideration critically. Especially, I point out that neuro-pharmacological enhancement will raise serious problems in relation to our understanding and sense on personhood and human value.
