본 연구는 대학생이 지각한 자아존중감과 부모양육태도가 진로태도성숙에 어떠한 영향 을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 강원에 소재한 6개 대학교의 대 학생 총 276명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고 분석을 통해 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아존중감과 진로태도성숙은 전반적으로 유의한 정적상관을 보였으며 그 중에서 도 확신성은 자아존중감의 모든 하위변인과 정적상관을 나타냈다. 부모양육태도와 진로 태도성숙 간에는 준비성과 독립성이 부모양육태도와 상관이 높았으며, 자아존중감과 부 모양육태도 간에는 부의 애정적 양육태도만이 유의한 부적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 자아존 중감은 진로태도성숙에 유의한 정적영향을 미쳤고 특히 확신성에 대해 높은 설명력을 보였다. 셋째, 부모양육태도 중 자율적, 성취적 양육태도가 진로태도성숙에 영향을 미치 는 요인으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자아존중감과 부모양육태도는 결정성을 제외한 모든 진로 태도성숙에 유의한 설명력을 보였다. 본 연구의 의의는 대학생의 진로태도성숙도가 부모 양육태도보다 자아존중감에 더 많은 영향을 받음을 확인한 것이며, 대학생의 진로태도성 숙도를 높이기 위해서는 자아존중감 향상이 우선시되어야 한다는 것을 확인한 점이다.
The purpose of this study is to find the effect of self-esteem and parents' rearing attitudes on career attitude maturity in order to provide materials of a suitable counseling for university students. In this study, We had analyzed collected data to verify the relationship among variables. The results are as follows; First, career attitude maturity has relations with self-esteem, parents' rearing attitudes. Conviction was correlated with every factor of self-esteem. Readiness and independence are positive related with parents' rearing attitudes. Second, self-esteem had positive effect on career attitude maturity; especially on conviction. Third, parents' autonomous and achieving rearing attitudes had meaningful positive affected career attitude maturity. The father's autonomous attitudes exerted influence on purpose, conviction, independence, and the mother's autonomous attitude has an effect on decision, purpose, independence. The above results have made a significant contribution to provide the directions for suitable career counseling.
