본 연구의 목적은 긍정적 정서의 확장-축적 이론에 근거하여, 행복을 독립변인으로 하고 통합창 의성과 학업성취를 종속변인으로 하여 구조적 관계를 탐색함에 있다. 연구대상은 대구․경북에 소 재하는 대학교 재학생 541명(남: 222명, 여: 319)을 대상으로 하였다. 연구모형을 탐색한 결과, 적합 도는 양호하였으나 몇몇 모형의 경로계수는 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났기 때문에 모형수정의 필 요성이 제기되었다. 모형수정은 합리적인 절차를 거쳐 제안되었다. 최종수정모형은 적합하면서도 간명한 것으로 나타났다. 최종수정모형의 세부적인 검토와 함께, 이 연구의 시사점과 향후 연구의 과제를 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study, based on Fredrickson's the broaden-and-build theory of positive emotion, is to demonstrate the structural relationship between ‘happiness’ as an independent variable and ‘integrative creativity’ and ‘academic achievement’ as a dependant variables. The total number of participants were 541(222 male, 319 female), group of undergraduate students in Daegu, Gyeongbuk region. The research showed some of the models were acceptable for their improved parsimony as well as their goodness of fit in variables. On the other hand, others needed to be modified. Modifying research model was suggested on moderate process through sequences. Examinations detailed of the final model were discussed with related implication and hereafter works.
