The purpose of this study, based on Fredrickson's the broaden-and-build theory of positive
emotion, is to demonstrate the structural relationship between ‘happiness’ as an independent
variable and ‘integrative creativity’ and ‘academic achievement’ as a dependant variables. The
total number of participants were 541(222 male, 319 female), group of undergraduate students in
Daegu, Gyeongbuk region. The research showed some of the models were acceptable for their
improved parsimony as well as their goodness of fit in variables. On the other hand, others
needed to be modified. Modifying research model was suggested on moderate process through
sequences. Examinations detailed of the final model were discussed with related implication and
hereafter works.
