This study is to find out the effect of braindance program on self-regulation
and self-expression. The subjects of this study were 11 children, all of 22
children is from I kindergarten and J kindergarten at D city. Before the experiment,
group were classified into experiment and comparison group. All the data
collected were conversed and then conducted by SPSS 18.0 statistical program. The
following are the result of this study. First, the self control experimental group of
braindance program improved more self-control, reduce of impulsiveness, attention
concentration. Second, the experimental group of braindance program improved
more self-expression of emotion than control group and also has improvement of
'The evaluation contained self-expression factor of contents used verbal', 'The
evaluation contained self-expression factor of voice', 'The evaluation contained
self-expression nonverbal' of its subordinate. In conclusion, the braindance
program is important and positive educational activities and this will improve
self-regulation, self-expression which are regarded as very importance for
infancy.
