Revewing the outcomes of studies on contemporary Educational Administration during some periods and identifying the major domain of research exposed its studies is an essential process to develop the research and theories on Educational Administration and to establish the academic identity on Educational Administration. This study seeks to identify the major domain of research exposed the last studies on Educational Adnministration. As result of the analysis and reviewing of contemporary studies presented in Educational Administration Quarterly, The Journal of Educational Administration, and Handbook of Research on Educational Administration(1988), the major domain of research exposed such the Last literatures are as follows: ① Educational Administrator ② Educational Policy ③ School Effectiveness ④ Values ⑤ Educational Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining. ⑥ Educational Economics and Educational Finance ⑦ Decision Making ⑧ Educational Personnel Administration ⑨ Pupil Control ⑩ Educational Law ⑪ Educational Administration Evaluation ⑫ Comparative Educational Administration ⑬ Motivation, Job satisfaction, Organizational. and Morale. ⑭ Supervision Specifically, the major domain such as school Effectiveness. Values, Educational Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining, pupil Control, Educational Law. Educational Administration Evaluation, Comparative Educational Administration should be studied as more important major domain of research by Korean Educational Administrion scholars. The major domain of research on Educational Administration in the future predicted by the contemporary many scholors are school Effectiveness. Administrative Effects on schooling, Instructional Organization and Student Outcomes. Administrator's Values and Philosopical Perspectives, School and Organizational Climate. School and Organizational Culture, and Values and Equity Issues on Educational Policy.
