The leadership was thought of a major varies influence upon result of organization, so it had made a lot of researches. The early times, scientific research about leadership is a study of the aspect for leader's individual aspect, humanity and so on, but lately it have tendence to reciprocal of many variable influence like as individual aspect and situation environment, and there are Contingency Model of Fiedler’s in these new leadership pattern. In this research, I'll bring up and introduce criticism about Style of Leader, Situation of Leadership, the favorableness of a Situation and Effectiveness of Contingency Model that is importance point in nowadays, and I want make for establishment special leadership be able to realize human strength development and grope for direction of study in new aspect. In accordance with the leadership Contingency Model developed by Fiedler, the Style of Leadership is devided high LPC and low LPC, and there are three dimension decides on favorable situation to leader. H is classify to eight Octant according to high and low of these three dimension (Leader-Member Relations, Task-Structure, Position-Power). The most favorable situation for the leader able to exercise influence about members are a case of Octant I, what is the leader recieved responsibility from member and command clearly with strong position and the unfavorable situation as a leader is a case of Octant S which have to conduct unstructure performed his task, the member dislikes leader, and position power is weak as a leader. Fiedler draw from a conclusion for the Style of Leader about each of Eight Octant which he developed as follow. 1. Task-oriented leaders tend to perform best in group Situations that are either very favorable or very unfavorable to the leader. 2. Relationship-oriented leaders tend to perform best in Situations that are intermediate in favorableness. He give us suggestion that if it was given favorable situation of the Situation of Leader, every tasks be performed with the utility factor. Therefore Contingency Model is high valued on a thing as be able to apply to choose and training for the Style of Leader according to situation, however we have to get rid step by step of the point of restriction for these theoretical light conjecture of LPC scale, disregard for main varies of situation influence to leader and member for the long run, and it will have to turn to practical use for leadership development and demonstrate the generality.
