Considering that the final goal of teacher training is in the training of successful teachers as well as in the drastic improvement of quality as a professional teacher, the fundamental question of teacher education will come to the conclusion of how to get teachers college students to be ready for a successful teaching life. That is why anyone intending to tackle the problem of teacher training should have a deep consideration of what to teach, for what to teach, and how to teach future teachers. The most important principle in the curriculum of teachers college places the object of teachers college as a special object college for training primary school teachers to be realized, and its curriculum to be coordinated with the combination of liberal and major courses for the purpose of cultivatig the whole character and deeping the speciality for a teacher job and subject teaching, so that the characteristics of teachers college should grow to the utmost. Subject teaching should be a union of creative activities between theory and practice, and theory should be developed on the side of teachers college, while practice should be enactivated through discovering learning informations of the classroom and solving the problems by mobilizing labor resources of attached school. This type of teaching method under a cooperative and joint research system can well be called a desirable curriculum with lively subject teaching of teachers college and with theory and site linked close together.
