The five-hundred years of the Yi dynasty which constituted so-called belated society systems had to yet undergo such changes of basic national laws as KYUNGGUK-DAEJUN (1485), SOK-DAEJUN (1746), DAEJUN-HOE TONG (1865), etc. due to the changes in itself. This thesis is an approach to grasp how the changes had occurred in connection with amendments and supplements of the general educational articles in the re-make. First, at all times they tried faithfully to follow the fundamental idea of establishing the state upon the Confucian basis, but excessive evangelization of the idea practically strengthened sticking to the immoderate formal ceremony rather than educational activities in every field. Second, the activities of SUNG-KYOON-KWAN (the National University) as well as other public and Confucian institutions were relatively weak, which eventually made SUH-WON (the private educational institution) thriving. Third, the execution of KWA-KUH (the qualification and selective examination) which dominated the educational features of the Chosun era had decisively become inducing motives to promoting educational enthusiasm, but the selection which ignored the number of the regular personnel, on the other hand, had produced poor quality and serious social problems. Fourth, specialization in training and selective conditions of JAB-HAK(special craftsmen) line had fixed 'these craftsmen on JOONG-IN class (special position), and in return their skills were allowed to be hereditable to their posterity in a sense. Fifth, one could extract tremendous efforts which were appeared clearly in process of changing laws when they tried to overcome internal contradiction caused by the social structure in which SA-DAE-BOO(reading class) of the Chosun era was admitted to enter the government service only and therefore had attempted to set up the idea of putting a high value on the class.
