Recently, Korea is rapidly becoming a multicultural country. As of last June, the number of foreigners residing in Korea surpassed 1.1 million. What is most notable is that with the increase of marriage-based immigrants and the influx of migrant workers, the number of multicultural families is increasing rapidly. Now that multi-cultural families are on the rise, Korean society must acknowledge and embrace various conflicts and cultural differences as something natural.
