The purpose of study is to analyse that the conflicts of employees, who works for public welfare
organization and nonprofit social service organizations, have influence on the burnout of organizational
commitment and social work professionals.
For this, research object numbers are 357 employees who works for public welfare organization and
nonprofit social service organizations in Chungcheongnam-do and all parts of our country. The research
tools consist of 4 categories such as social welfare organization, organizational conflict, organizational
commitment, burnout. Also, for the data analysis, correlation analysis, t-test, regression analysis are carried
out with the utilization of SPSS 18.0.program
This study is undertaken to verify the findings that the changing factors on conflicts between
interindividual conflicts indwelling in social work professionals and interindividual & intergroup influence the
changing factors on burnout, and the changing factors on organizational commitment influence changing
factors on burnout The contents for analysis are as follows.
Organizational conflicts, analysed through the regulation effect, reveal to worsen the interindividual
conflicts. So, it is analyzed that the organizational conflicts in social welfare organizations are very close
connections with the burning-out of professionals.
Consequently, the interindividual conflicts were significantly analyzed in the side of organizational
conflicts. Based on the study of these research findings, it is suggested that we appeal the importance of
operation of organization, considering that organizational commitment and conflicts factors of professionals,
who works for public welfare organization and nonprofit social service organizations, influence the burnout
of professionals in social welfare.
