Doing philosophy in education is like doing unrequited love. As a philosopher I love education but it does not seem to love me back. Education, the noble enterprise of human beings devised for the transaction between generations, has much to be loved, but it seems to be hiding behind something... something the nature of which is not always in accordance with philo-sophy, which is 'the pursuit of knowledge in itself'. That something, I believe, is technology.
