The purpose of this study was to investigate how related self-perceived health, activities of daily living and life style pattern
in participate exercise and non exercise of elder's. The data collected from 418 participate exercise and non exercise of old
adults with convenience or opportunity sampling on non-probability sampling. For analysis, frequence analysis, exploratory factor
analysis, Cronbach's α, correlation, hierarchical regression and path diagram analysis were used by the computer using the
statistics program SPSS 15.0 and Amos 7.0. The results of this study can be acquired as follows; First, self-perceived health
directly effects on activities of daily living only participated exercise of elder's. Second, self-perceived health directly effects on
life style pattern only participated exercise of elder's. Forth, activities of daily living directly effects on life style pattern both
exercise and non exercise elder's.
