The purpose of this study is social workers' managing experiences for senior life sports program. study participants are consist of five social workers and data collection and analysis was executed as steps of subject encoding, meaning categorization and meaning conceptualization with based on results for non-participant observation and interview. As the result of study, at first, limited factors and alternative for senior sports instructor’s recruitment was appeared as recruitment with assumption of understanding on seniors and sharing information on instructors and recommendation recruitment, recruitment with insufficient verification. At second, limited factors and alternative for managing of life sports program for seniors was resulted as preferred program according to environment of welfare center, program by level and program with expanded opportunity for social activity. Thirdly, limited factors and alternative for managing for senior sports facilities was resulted as circumstance of facility according to financial base and use of resource from regional community. To activate senior sports, complex connection of facility, instructor and program should be accomplished.
