A lot of studies on the commercial management have revealed the role of positive psychological
capital. However positive psychological capital is still needed for various research on various leading and
outcome variables. From such point of view, this study proceeded with the empirical research on learning
orientation, positive psychological capital, business satisfaction and business quit intention by conducting a
survey of 215 small business CEOs. The significant outcome and indication was as follows:
First of all. learning orientation of small business CEOs was disclosed to have positive (+) effect on
the positive psychological capital. Secondly, positive psychological capital had positive (+) effect on
business satisfaction and negative(-) effect on business quit intention. Finally the investigation of an
alternative model to find out the most optimized one revealed that learning orientation of small business
CEOs did not have directly significant influence on business satisfaction and business quit intention. This
shows that positive psychological capital plays a full mediating role on casuality test.
