The purpose of the concerned study was to propose ways to improve any relevant laws or regulations to prevent disabled children from being suffered from school violence. Causes of the school violence to the disabled children were considered various such as personal factors, environmental factors and legal and systematic factors and yet, this ‘precaution’ should be regarded most importantly. In order to protect the disabled children from the school violence, it is necessary for any relevant fields to gradually make positive changes in helping everyone from infants to students at high school have proper understanding on the disabled while improving the relevant laws or regulations in a better way. In addition, in terms of the school violence, the relevant fields should make people see it as a violation of human rights, and this will never be resolved unless proper changes or improvements are made in the relevant laws.
