The purpose of this qualitative case study were to explore the contexts where social work practitioners in living facility confronted the dilemmas on human rights for the disabled. The dilemmas in living facility for the disabled are originated from the loop consisted of the disabled, living facility and social work practice. The Analysis reveals that the dilemma situation contain three dimensions : dimension of the individual, dimension of co-living with others, dimension of physical and institutional structure. And three domains are generated from each dimensions. We try to get a full fiew on the human rights dilemmas which appear in everyday practice and which are residual. And we expect that thoughts and sensitivity of social work practitioners on the human rights issues and that the results of our study will be the base for the policy making, service planning and relating studies.
