The purpose of this study is to reconsidering on roles of Special class teachers. The research questions of this study are to reconsidered the role of special class teachers as a class teacher and as a special education teacher in general education school. This study solved these research questions through literature reviews. The results of this study are as follows; First, special class teachers are a class teacher of special class so that they need to teach and guide the students with disabilities and manage the classroom as the general class teachers do. Moreover, because of special needs of the students with disabilities, they need to do more special role. Second, special class teachers should do the special role to support not only inclusive classroom but also school-wide special education as a special education teacher in general education school. Therefore, roles of special class teacher requires more expertise to the roles of special education teachers compared to that of general education teachers. Furthermore, the roles of special class teacher is so special role because it is different from that of special education teather in special schools.
