Realism-Constructivist brought innovation on the sculptural art within new understanding about the space and time. They replaced the traditional concept of space which is the space as mass to the 'depth'. The 'depth' which explained by stereometric method deconstructed a mass and firmity of the sculpture, erased the dense of volume and expanded the space into the empty volume. Besides, they understood space as space-time continuum. Therefore, Kinetic rhythm that is a real time in the sculpture has been appeared. Kinetic rhythm has been expressed as a real movement and illusional movement of the static structure in realism-constructivism sculpture. The real movement produced a brand new concept of virtual volume. This means that the sculpture obtained new dimension of dematerialization by deconstructing its materiality. The illusional movement was expressed by the spatial construction of simple surface and innumerable lines. It accompanied by the journey of viewpoint and physical movement of viewers within the passage of time. Movement expression of Realism-constructivism transits the sculpture which has long been defined as a spatial art to temporal art. It became an origin of Kinetic Art. The optical effect of the industrial material and light has related with Op Art and Light Art of 1960s as well. The experiment that causes movement effect by viewer's viewpoint and physical motion within space-time continuum connected into the issue of viewer participation specially in the 1960s art tendencys such as Minimal art. Furthermore, encountering with the digital technology, it intensifies and expands its complicated expression and aesthetical meaning through Video Art or Interactive Art which explores the viewer participation and the sense of time and space.
